Save Yourself From Scamers
We have been receiving numerous calls of people posing as an employee of Dents No More offering discount repairs, "on the side". Fortunately, these imposters do not, nor have they ever worked for our company. They have stolen business cards from advertisements placed at dealerships and carwashes. As of recently, we have received notice of magnetic signs on their vehicles.
The scam works like this... You're approached by a young man in a parking lot or on the street, they notice you have damage on your vehicle and offer to fix it at a discount price. Once the ok is given, either through pressure or feeling they are getting a deal, they start to work on your car. We use the term "work" loosely in this case. They apply a dry substance to cover the damage that they have subsequently caused and tell you not to remove it for 24 hrs, never to be seen again with your hard earned money. In all cases they have caused more damage then what was initially there. We have received calls from San Diego all the way to Gorman. They are Scam artists better known as "gypsys". In these harsh economic times please be vigilant and do your homework before letting someone work on your car that has solicited you for business.
NO REPUTABLE PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL COMPANY WILL EVER SOLICIT BUSINESS BY APPROACHING YOU!!! ALL REPUTABLE COMPANIES HAVE UNIFORMS, LETTERED VEHICLES AND BUSINESS CARDS THAT CORRESPOND. THEY ARE REGISTERED WITH B.A.R. AND HAVE BUSINESS LICENSES. NEVER GIVE MONEY UNTIL YOU ARE 100% SATISFIED WITH THE REPAIR. If approached say NO and walk away. Write down license plates, ID numbers, ETC. If you have fallen victim contact the police.
